Anushka Shetty is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil films. Anushka Shetty is her stage name and original name is Sweety Shetty.
Anushka Shetty was born on 7th November 1981 in Mangalore, Karnataka, Anushka is an ethnic Tuluva hailing from the landed Bellipady Uramalu Guthu family. Her parents are Prafulla and A.N. Vittal Shetty. She has two brothers Gunaranjan Shetty and Sai Ramesh Shetty who is a cosmetic surgeon. Anushka did her schooling in Bangalore and her Bachelor of Computer Applications at the Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.

Anushka Sharma is an Indian film actress. She was born in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Anushka Sharma was raised in Bangalore. She was educated at the Army School, and received a degree in arts from Mount Carmel College. She originally intended to pursue a career in modelling or journalism. After graduation, Anushka Sharma moved to Mumbai to further her modelling career. She enrolled herself at the Elite Model Management, and was groomed by the style consultant Prasad Bidapa. In 2007, Anushka made her runway debut at the Lakme Fashion Week for designer Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show and was picked to be his finale model at the Spring Summer 2007 Collection. Since then she has done campaigns for the brands Silk & Shine, Whisper, Nathella Jewelry and Fiat Palio. Whilst modelling, Anushka also joined an acting school and began auditioning for film roles. Her first role was of an extra in the comedy drama Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006).

Dil Dhadakne Do is a comedy-drama film directed by Zoya Akhtar, and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The film features an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar, with a voice-over performance by Aamir Khan as the family dog Pluto, the narrator of the film. The film was released on 5 June 2015.
